Shepley, the UK’s largest sole fabricator of REHAU windows, is strengthening its team with the appointment of Tony Ball as its new National Sales Manager. The announcement comes as Shepley opens its dedicated Visage composite door factory and launches a suite of new marketing support for customers.
Tony worked closely with Shepley as a sales manager at REHAU, where he spent 14 years developing new business and looking after existing customers. “It already feels like home,” says Tony, “I have worked closely with Shepley for a number of years so I know how the team works and I have settled straight into my new position.
“Having enjoyed many successful years at REHAU I have a great understanding of our products. Shepley has a reputation for supplying high-quality products in a time-frame that suits the customer and their high level of customer support was an important factor in deciding to join the team.”
“I’m also involved with the product development, and with the recent opening of our new door factory, we are excited about the number of new products we can provide to customers.”
Tony began his career in the windows industry straight from school and has been working in it ever since. He has a background of technical and commercial roles within the industry.
Shepley’s Sales Director, Ian Griffiths, says Tony has joined at the perfect time. “We are very pleased Tony decided to join the team and it’s great to have him on board. He is widely known within the industry for having a determined attitude and we know from working with Tony that he is right person for the job.”
